Contact your internet provider or local IT provider to confirm your network meets our requirements. We are compatible with most networking equipment including Ubiquity, Ruckus, and Cisco.
Step 2: Licensing and equipment
Purchase the OnlyCast licenses, our appliance, and any accessories. You can purchase the casting devices through us or your local retailer.
Step 3: Configure the network
Have your internet provider or local IT partner configure a second SSID/VLAN for the casting devices.
Step 4: Configure and install the casting devices
Configure and install the casting devices in every room, and our Gateway Appliance in the server room. If you’re located in the United States, one of our technicians can do this for you. Otherwise, your local IT partner will manage this.
Step 5: Customize guest displays
You can customize your guest displays by logging into our back-office interface. Drag and drop your custom background, import slideshows, and add custom videos. Add your brand’s logo, hotel information, local guides, and more!
